Text messages (SMS terms of service)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the box on our quote form, texting our business number, or telling us when you call or visit, Southend Insurance may text you about your quote requests, policies, renewals, payments and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to get a quote or buy a policy.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Website data

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security and performance.
